The Marketing team at Kommo is looking for a Partnerships Strategist to support the execution of international campaigns and strengthen the brand’s strategic presence across multiple markets. We are looking for someone with ambition and leadership potential — someone who can grow with us and, in the future, have the opportunity to lead their own team. This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, and operational skills, as well as a proactive, results‑oriented mindset. Responsibilities Drive brand visibility for Kommo in Argentina and LATAM through marketing strategies and collaborations. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand partners and strategic allies. Negotiate, coordinate, and follow up on partnership agreements and campaign deliverables. Build and analyze performance reports, ensuring achievement of KPIs and correct tracking setup. Review and supervise the quality of content delivered by partners and external campaigns. Support the planning, logistics, and execution of Kommo’s own events and sponsored activities, including: On‑site coordination and supervision of stand setup and promotional materials. Welcoming guests and partners at Kommo‑hosted events. Representing the brand at sponsored events, ensuring proper brand exposure and networking with potential collaborators. Provide assistance and support to potential partners through video calls. Qualifications Fluent English (spoken and written). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time‑management skills. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and reporting. Ability to perform in fast‑paced, multicultural environments. Collaborative and proactive attitude with strong ownership and results orientation.
