We are looking for a new Digital Partnership Lead to join the Business Transformation of our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires. What you will do in this role Play a key role to enable our regional distribution diversification strategy and transformation - leading integration of strategic digital partners. The key focus for the next couple of years will be on the recent exclusive partnership with Klimber, a leading LatAm fintech player. This partnership is key for accelerating MetLife's regional distribution transformation. Embedded within Klimber’s facilities in Argentina and working closely with country business Heads and Technology to accelerate integration of Klimber’s capabilities with existing and new Bancassurance & Direct marketing partners across the region. Partner with the Regional Strategy team to identify new business opportunities at country/regional level, as well as the existing and new capabilities required to achieve them. It also partners with Regional/Country Business and Functional heads to translate those business opportunities into projects that deliver new value and E2E customer solutions towards LatAm strategic priorities to secure the resources needed for the successful implementation. To succeed in this matter: 1) creates the strategic roadmap to advance the development of repeatable + scalable digital capabilities for LatAm businesses by leveraging on key third-party partnerships and 2) engages in the design and development of digitally-enhanced solutions enabled by third-party capabilities, to guarantee differentiation and maximize return of MetLife value propositions on business value in LatAm countries. To help you succeed, you need to have At least 10 years of experience working in commercial management roles (with 5 years in roles with P&L responsibility) in insurance and/or financial services companies. Experience working at complex multinational matrix-type organizations. Proven strategist with the ability to identify new strategies, gain buy in, and lead to implementation. Strong distribution and customer solutions acumen. Relevant experience gained from digital product/solution development/implementation in the insurance space. Current or prior experience working in a Business-to-Business environment. Effective change agent with proven ability to confidently identify, plan, prioritize and implement meaningful change. Strong negotiation and influence skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage workload, take accountability and deliver results to meet competing priorities. Able to handle competing demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy. Must have strong troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, senior leaders, peers, and members of the sales organization. Bachelor´s Degree in Business from an accredited university with postgraduate studies. Fluent in Spanish and English.
