SUMMARY We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Technology & Operations team. This is a mid-level role responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce to support our Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support Teams. As a Salesforce Admin at SQUIRE, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to configure solutions, maintain data integrity, and unlock reporting insights that enable our revenue teams to operate at peak performance. REPORTS TO Manager, GTM Technology & Operations JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and configure Salesforce (user management, permissions, roles, profiles, sharing rules) Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights for Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support Teams Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance best practices Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (Planhat, Marketo, Salesloft, Customer.io) Test and roll out new Salesforce features, ensuring adoption across the organization The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows preferred) Skilled at building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights Ability to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions Experience in SaaS/technology companies preferred Familiarity with GTM tool integrations (Marketo, Salesloft) a plus Bonus: additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) English proficiency is a must.
