Why consider this job opportunity Market competitive compensation package including equity RRSP matching Flexible PTO policy Flexible benefits package and additional perks Employee discount on the employer's catalog of products for family & friends Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing support, maintenance, and improvements Partner with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Systems to execute the roadmap and vision for Salesforce Design, build, and maintain objects, fields, workflows, flows, and validation rules to support evolving business requirements Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to scope and deliver enhancements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain reliability What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or high-growth environment Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, including flows, automation, and custom object design Experience with system integrations and third-party applications Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across Commercial, Data, and IT Bonus: Familiarity with ancillary tools in our stack (Gong, Iterable, Guru, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Rudderstack) or similar platforms We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
