We’re looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, which specializes in software and solutions for shipping, mailing, and logistics management. Its mission is to help businesses optimize the entire shipping process, from label generation and carrier integration to returns management and international deliveries. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you Expectations - the experience you need Minimum of 6 years of experience in an enterprise-scale environment as a Salesforce Administrator. Certified Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications preferred. Ownership of tasks and drive it forward independently, making significant contributions to both design and code quality. Experience thriving in a structured environment and committed to following established processes, with a focus on clear documentation and tickets. Excellent communicator with a proactive and flexible mindset, capable of providing clear updates and collaborating effectively with the team. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including user management, security, and data models. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce platform and implement effective solutions. Skills in analyzing business processes, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and understanding how Salesforce can support business goals. Ability to manage the implementation of new features and updates, including user training and communication. Skills in planning, organizing, and executing projects related to Salesforce implementation and enhancements. Proficiency in managing user access, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce.
