* Responsible for providing technical presales support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet the business needs of internal clients (TAM, CAM, DBM) and external clients (end customers and business partners: channels, distributors, service providers).* Possess the deepest level of specific expertise and advanced technical knowledge of the company’s portfolio products and technologies, ensuring a comprehensive technical understanding.* As an expert engineer and portfolio reference, apply advanced knowledge to perform or support solution design activities for end customers.* Frequently represent the organization to internal and external clients, complying with applicable ethical and legal standards.* Provide mentoring and guidance to employees and business partners on the company’s target portfolio.* Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and problem-solving methods, addressing business opportunities and internal initiatives.* Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.* Perform presales-focused activities for clients, typically outside HPE offices or remotely.* **Customer Requirements Analysis:** Understand specific needs to propose appropriate technical solutions.* **Technical Proposal Development:** Create detailed proposals addressing customer challenges and highlighting proposed solutions.* **Technical Demonstrations:** Showcase product and solution functionality and benefits.* **Support for Project Evaluation, RFIs, RFPs, and Public Tenders:** Collaborate on technical evaluations and resolve inquiries.* **Collaboration with Sales Teams:** Align business objectives with technical support.* **Customer and Internal Training:** Deliver technical training on products and solutions.* **Technical Relationship Development:** Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.* **Competitor Evaluation:** Conduct comparative analyses to highlight competitive advantages.* **Participation in Events and Trade Shows:** Represent the company at events, interacting with customers and sharing technical knowledge.* **Product Improvement Feedback:** Provide continuous feedback based on customer interaction to support ongoing development.* University or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.* Typically 6–10 years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer, Presales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or in Networking and/or Cybersecurity roles.* Advanced English level.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* High learning agility and willingness to develop new skills.* Relevant networking certifications are required.HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
