**Hey there**

We're Social Links, a leading global OSINT company headquartered in the US. We integrate data from over 500 open sources, including social media, messengers, blockchains, and the Dark Web, to provide comprehensive visualization and analysis for efficient investigations.

We are actively growing, with the goal of becoming a $1B unicorn company by 2026 while building an international OSINT community. Now we've opened the position of Technical Presales Engineer to successfully conduct demos, onboarding sessions and training for our customers.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, onboardings and trainings;
- Facilitate efficient communication on project requirements between Customers and SL Teams - Sales, Marketing, Product;
- Assist Sales with tender documentation and project specifications;
- Represent Social Links at on-site events together with Sales;
- Host product-based SME webinars;
**We expect you to have**:

- Previous background as a Presales Engineer/Solutions Consultant, preferably in B2G sector (Law Enforcement, Military, Fiscal Authorities);
- Familiarity with Intelligence/Investigations solutions landscape - OSINT, SOCMINT, CTI, Digital Forensics, DLP;
- Experience in role-relevant areas such as Sales, Product, Software Engineering, Analytics, Investigations will be considered an advantage;
- Formal education - Engineering, Business or Computer Science degree would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in Spanish and English - must;
