Senior Treasury Manager We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to drive financial discipline across the company, ensuring all expenses and inventory purchases align tightly with the business plan and cash flow. You’ll influence operational practices, lead treasury teams, and oversee financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Foster a new company culture where expenses and inventory buys follow the business plan and cash forecasts. Monitor main treasury KPIs to reduce discrepancies between actuals and forecasts. Deliver timely, quality cash flow reporting that supports decision-making. Lead cross-functional squads and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Automate and improve treasury and cash management processes. Own AP/AR operations and oversee relevant teams. Develop, update, and enforce treasury policies; support audit and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance. +3years of leadership experience in treasury or finance, ideally within retail or e‑commerce. Advanced English fluency required. Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics, or related; MBA or Master’s is a plus. Deep command of cash flow metrics—OTB, OTP, Cash Burn, Net/Free Cash Flow—as key performance indicators. Experience managing AP/AR operations and leading finance teams to optimize cash management. Familiar with treasury systems and compliance (SAP, NetSuite, Sarbanes‑Oxley). #J-18808-Ljbffr
