Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Vision: Lead and execute the creative vision for integrated brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop impactful concepts and strategies for direct response ads (UGC, video, and static formats) to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing creative team, including Creative Strategists and Art Directors. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to brand aesthetics and messaging. Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, collaborating with production, design, and engineering teams. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets that resonate with target audiences and achieve business goals. Data-Driven Creative Optimization: Leverage data insights to continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets across channels. Develop and maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap to improve performance and push the brand forward. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr Creative Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of creative projects. Lead communication between creative, operations, and marketing teams, bridging strategy and execution for efficient project delivery. Qualifications Extensive track record (7+ years) developing and managing creative campaigns focused on advertising, including direct response strategies leveraging UGC, video, and static formats. Passion for building innovative concepts, creatives, and campaigns with an elevated aesthetic and performance-driven outcomes. Robust attention to detail with a deep understanding of storytelling, consumer psychology, and advertising principles. Curiosity and engagement with evolving technologies, trends, and platforms to enhance creative strategies. Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills for cross-functional collaboration across creative, operations, and marketing teams. Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and measurable growth. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience leading and developing creative teams, managing multiple projects, and excelling under pressure. Business-oriented with interpersonal skills to influence and inspire stakeholders while driving strategic outcomes.
