Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative pods to deliver high-performing, Class A campaigns on time.
Drive creative testing, innovation, and scale-up of winning ad concepts.
Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets.
Implement agile workflows and optimize creative operations for efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven creative decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative strategy with business goals.
Mentor and grow top creative talent, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus).
5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce, with a proven record of high-impact, scalable outputs.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results.
Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles.
Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities, with flawless execution under tight deadlines.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into creative growth strategies.
Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
