Role: Founder Operations & Growth Lead Company: YND Marketing Type: Part-time → Full-time (ramp‑up) Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Availability: High‑touch, daily collaboration Overview This is not a traditional assistant role. It is a right‑hand position supporting the founder across marketing execution, operations, team coordination, client communication, and internal systems. Responsibilities Founder & Operations Support Act as the founder’s right hand in daily operations Provide daily recaps (priorities, blockers, progress) Turn chaos into structure using ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive Anticipate needs instead of waiting for instructions Help keep the business moving when the founder is in meetings or unavailable Marketing & Creative Execution Coordinate with media buyers, designers, and editors QA creative requests before they hit production Research competitors and ad inspiration (e.g., Foreplay) Help analyze ad performance (winners, losers, next tests) Assist with UGC concepts, scripts, and content ideas Support client decks, performance summaries, and proposals Client & Team Coordination Bridge the gap between clients and internal team members Ensure tasks don’t die in Slack Follow up on deliverables without being reminded Keep projects on track across multiple pods (ecom + lead gen) Administrative & Hiring Support Assist with hiring workflows (screening, coordination, follow‑ups) Help onboard new team members Maintain internal documentation and SOPs Support scheduling and organization across the team What This Role Is Not A passive VA role A “log in, do tasks, log out” job Compatible with juggling multiple full‑time roles Micromanaged – accountability is expected Who This Role Is For Thrive working directly with a founder Enjoy responsibility and decision‑making Think strategically and execute Comfortable with fast feedback and high standards Communicate clearly and proactively Want to grow into a leadership role over time Required Experience Marketing agencies Paid ads (Meta / Google – literacy, not media buying) CRMs (GHL is a plus) Project management tools (ClickUp preferred) Creative workflows and content production Commitment & Growth Path Start at ~20 hours/week Ramp to full‑time within 2–3 months Long‑term growth opportunity inside the company Increased responsibility as trust is earned Ownership mindset encouraged (not just execution) How Success Is Measured Founder clarity and reduced operational load Tasks move without chasing Team stays aligned Clients feel supported Systems improve over time You take ownership without being asked Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part‑time (ramp‑up) Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Marketing Services Final Note This role is for someone who wants to build, not just assist.
