Position Overview Creative Project Manager – Creative & Technical Solutions team. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Creative Strategy , you will keep the creative engine well‑oiled and flourishing. You will manage a large set of creative assets, ensuring rapid turnaround and precise execution from the moment the brief lands. You will own and manage project workflows, build timelines, and serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and all stakeholders. What This Job Is Client focused – act as the go‑to person for questions, provide regular progress updates, and ensure client briefs are delivered on time and to brand standards. High volume & fast‑paced – manage 15,000–30,000 creative assets a year, delivering accurately and rapidly upon receipt of the brief. Consultative – clarify requirements, ensure alignment, and advise on workflow improvements throughout the project lifecycle. What This Job Isn’t Behind the scenes – you will be front and center, navigating internal and external stakeholders and distributing key information to keep creative campaigns flowing. Core Responsibilities Execute day‑to‑day project management responsibilities, including planning timelines and deliverables for large‑scale asset production. Develop workflow structures and frameworks to shape the project approach for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in briefings to confirm objectives, flag obstacles, and optimize schedules, scope, and budget. Establish best practices, PM methodologies, and training documentation to streamline operations. Coordinate information flow between client, production, and account teams to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Provide copywriting support as needed, ensuring assets meet brand standards. Team Management & Leadership Mentor, strategise, and align vision to improve collaboration and efficiency. Guide designers and copywriters, ensuring clear deadlines and assignments. Conduct one‑on‑one sessions to develop career paths and goals. Assist HR in staffing project management roles and training direct reports. Recognise and report developmental needs of the project team. Creative Sales Support Coordinate and consult with creative team leadership to bring new creative ideas that support client goals. Refine client briefs and recommend workflow optimisations. Collaborate with other Creative Project Managers to achieve key strategic initiatives. Candidate Expectations Adaptability – thrive in a priority‑changing environment. Innovation – continuously improve workflows and create efficiencies. Meticulousness – never miss small details, even with high asset volumes. Accountability – stay true to verbal and written agreements. Discipline – efficient, respect others’ time, and never keep peers or clients waiting. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of project management or related experience. Fluent in English (US). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent). 2–4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience in retail media, e‑commerce, or large‑scale retail clients is highly preferred. Experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Creative environment is a plus. Ability to provide copywriting and copy editing support as needed. Nice to have: PMP certification. Technical Skills Expertise in Monday.com (and other PM tools). Wrike experience is preferred; ability to learn Wrike quickly is essential. Expert in MS Office or G Suite products. Familiarity with Adobe Creative products is a plus. Comfortable working with Mac computers/OSX. Soft Skills & Attributes Communication – exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills. Creative Fluency – strong understanding of creative design and copywriting fundamentals. Interpersonal – personable and able to build rapport quickly. Agility – thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Action‑Oriented – proven ability to drive clear action and problem‑solving with an entrepreneurial drive. What Happens Next?
