As a Creative Pod Manager , you're the one steering the ship. ⛵ You'll lead a high-performing pod of strategists, editors, and creator coordinators, ensuring every batch produces winning ads, every deliverable hits the mark, and every client feels like they're in the best hands possible. You'll oversee creative strategy, team alignment, and client communication, helping teams achieve measurable results while keeping quality and efficiency sky-high. WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Relationship Management Run Bi-weekly strategy calls with clients Send proactive Slack updates to clients every week summarizing wins, blockers, insights, and next steps. Build client trust and flag any churn risks right away. Performance Monitoring & Strategy Optimization Review weekly or bi-weekly the ad account to identify optimization opportunities and share valuable insights of our work with clients. Lead internal strategy sessions with the pod to align on results, priorities and solutions to increase results for clients. Hiring & Onboarding Interview and evaluate pod candidates to assess their skills, ensuring we hire top talent to deliver strong client results. Onboard new team members and train them on workflows so they can ramp up quickly. Team Operations & Leadership Run daily pod meetings to stay on top of activities, ensure targets are being met, identify issues, and discuss improvement projects. Make sure the team's efforts line up with agency goals. Help team members accomplish their goals within the agency and feel fulfilled in their work. Step in or support pod members when workload spikes to keep delivery timelines tight and quality consistent. Run Strategy meetings to proactively work towards client goals. Foster a culture of growth, feedback, and creative excellence within your pod. Improve Processes Continuously optimize operational workflows by introducing AI-powered automation or alternative, more efficient methodologies. Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and propose innovative solutions that enhance speed, consistency, and output quality. Design and build new templates, frameworks, and tools to improve client results. Collaborate with the service leader to share these improvements across other pods for company-wide efficiency gains. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Strong understanding of creative strategy (Meta ads) for DTC brands. Exceptional communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional creative teams (strategists, editors, creator coordinators). Ability to interpret ad performance data and translate it into actionable creative strategy. Passion for creative performance, growth, and continuous improvement. Client Results: Ensure pods meet creative delivery goals by producing ads that effectively utilize ad spend and drive client growth. On-Time Delivery: Ensure pods deliver ads according to schedule. Team Efficiency: Keep client revision rates below 5%. Talent Development: Foster pod growth and skill improvement across all roles. Client Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction rate of 95% or higher. Case Study Building: Achieve measurable client results and document success stories. #J-18808-Ljbffr
