Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs. Work with provided leads to identify potential clients interested in financial services and insurance products. No cold calling or door-to-door sales - focus on warm leads only. Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Complete self-paced training and obtain the necessary insurance license. Uphold our company values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions. Qualifications No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Must be willing to obtain the required insurance license.Entry-level candidates are welcome.
