InsuraTec Services Group is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our remote customer service team Key Responsibilities Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring they have the right insurance coverage for their needs. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance requirements. Client Retention: Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Client Support: Provide excellent customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Insurance Sales: Offer insurance solutions to clients, promoting the benefits of our coverage options. Financial Planning: Assist clients in planning their financial security through insurance products. Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications No prior experience required; training will be provided. Must obtain a Life Insurance License. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Commitment to maintaining transparency and integrity in all interactions. Commission-based compensation. Flexible hours and schedule for a healthy work-life balance. Marketing support and leads-driven approach. No cold calling or door-to-door sales.
