How you will contribute to our magical experience? Disney’s Digital & Streaming Operations team is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Manager to support our new streaming business in LATAM. You will manage the implementation of our full digital portfolio—including on‑site and programmatic initiatives—and coordinate closely with TWDC Ad Sales, agencies, and advertisers. The role leverages deep knowledge of the digital advertising & programmatic ecosystem and strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills to provide exceptional client service while driving post‑sale opportunities for account growth. Responsibilities Coordinate and ensure the correct execution of streaming, digital, and programmatic campaigns. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement digital campaigns. Lead and guide the local Ad Operations team, providing oversight and career development. Provide daily business campaign status reports and feedback to management. Consistently monitor and review campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance. Assist clients and sales teams with billing and reconciliation processes. Deliver superior client service and troubleshoot issues promptly. Identify and elevate troubleshooting matters to appropriate stakeholders. Drive operational management of the new streaming business in LATAM, including billing workflow changes and feature enhancements. Coordinate with regional teams in Brazil and Mexico on key initiatives and process improvements. Collaborate internally with commercial, billing, marketing, and finance teams on workflow optimizations and system access. Qualifications Experience working in digital media & trafficking. Experience compiling and analyzing campaign performance reports for digital advertising. Experience analyzing general business trends and proposing improvement suggestions. Ability to partner across the organization to test new ideas and grow the business. Experience managing the development of custom advertising products. Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem; basic web development understanding is highly desirable. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, able to work with both technical and business strategy teams. Excellent level of spoken and written English. Proficiency in ad serving and management tools, including Google Ad Manager and Operative 1. Self‑motivated and extremely well organized. Ability to analyze and derive insights from digital business data. Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships. Strong multitasking skills, able to chase deadlines with several tasks simultaneously.
