Ad Operations Manager

AdGoat – Ad Operations Professional AdGoat is a company that specializes in delivering effective and innovative advertising and monetization solutions to Publishers in the retail, finance, and e‑commerce industries. We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations professional to join our team and be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations. You must possess a thorough knowledge of ad serving technologies, demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving ad delivery problems, and have the skills to execute and evaluate different strategies for optimizing price floors. You will work closely both with our clients and our in‑house product team in optimizing their current ad structure in a way that maximizes ad revenue without compromising user experience. Responsibilities Manage ad networks and partnerships to ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are met. Develop and implement new ad strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and engagement. Oversee the setup and management of ad structure for clients, ensuring proper implementation and tracking. Analyze ad performance data and make data‑driven decisions such as optimizing ad formats, placements, and targeting to improve ad revenue and delivery. Work closely with the Data team to analyze data and provide insights for ad performance and user behavior. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices for ad monetization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. In‑depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, Google Adsense & AdX, Prebid/header bidding technology. Experience with Google Ad Manager (Ideal: Google Ad Manager 360) – from Order/Line Item creation to managing and analyzing reporting data. Experience with ad trafficking, QA and troubleshooting. An understanding of the basics of HTML, JS and Ad Operations. Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including pricing models, optimization tactics and buying technologies. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Nice to have Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing like Video, App and Native advertising operations will be considered as a plus point. Fluent in Portuguese.
