Overview:

The Ad Operations Manager is part of the Display Media team, reports to the Head of Demand Adops and works closely with the Account Management team in the strategy, implementation, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working, analytical and dynamic digital media professional with client focus on mind.

Responsibilities


• Ongoing campaign & media optimization


• Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term/long term digital media strategy


• Analyze and find trends and take immediate advantage of them


• Build trusted relationships with Demand Partners


• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers and other teams to drive incremental revenue

Qualifications


• English language proficiency at a high level: both written and verbal


• Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)


• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset


• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• Natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn, discover, and test new ideas


• Outstanding problem-solving abilities


• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fastpaced environment


• Strong analytical skills and ability with numbers

The position is in Belgrano, CABA, Buenos Aires.

Hybrid scheme of work: 3 times per week in the office.

Full time, required immediately.
