Job Description
En Cliengo ayudamos a miles de empresas de América Latina a vender más usando chat y Whatsapp, pero queremos llegar a muchas más personas. 

La persona que ocupe la posición de SDR (Sales Development Representative) deberá contar con una combinación de habilidades en marketing y ventas.

Este rol estará orientado a la generación de leads y la facilitación de reuniones de ventas, a través de la gestión de chats, redes sociales y correos electrónicos.
El puesto reporta directamente al Marketing Manager.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestión de Interacciones: Responder de manera eficiente y profesional a chats, mensajes en redes sociales y correos electrónicos de clientes potenciales.
  • Generación de Leads: Identificar y calificar leads potenciales, y coordinar reuniones para el equipo de ventas.
  • Redacción de Mensajes: Redactar comunicaciones claras, concisas y atractivas para interactuar con prospectos y clientes.
  • Colaboración con Ventas: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una transición fluida de leads calificados.
  • Uso de IA: Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial para redacción y generación de contenido.
  • HubSpot: Gestionar y actualizar el CRM en HubSpot para asegurar la correcta administración de los leads y las oportunidades de ventas.
  • Nociones de Marketing: Aplicar conocimientos básicos de marketing para mejorar las estrategias de captación y nurturing de leads.

  • Orientación a Resultados: Fuertes habilidades de organización y orientación a resultados, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
  • Trabajo en Equipo: Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente bajo la supervisión del Marketing Manager.
