Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Sales Representative to join our Nursing Home Sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospecting call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identifying customer's buying trends and providing reports to management
Client Relationship Management
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Establishing and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending product solutions through outbound and inbound calls and emails
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

Requirements

  1. A High School degree or GED equivalent required
  2. A college degree is strongly preferred in Business or another business-related degree
  3. Proven successful experience in sales is strongly preferred
  4. English language speaking level B2 or higher with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
