Job Title: Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Opportunity:

Join CSW Energy as a Sr. Sales Development Representative, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our clean energy services.

What Youll Do:

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, in the B2B sector.
  • C1/C2 English Level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.
