Scientific Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientific Sales Executive to join our team full-time at our Buenos Aires office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, biotechnology, or related sciences. This role involves generating sales leads, conducting sales meetings, and closing deals. Due to the technical nature of our products and services, fluency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads by managing existing cold email processes and exploring new strategies.
- Conduct sales meetings with prospects, from initial exploratory calls to closing deals.
- Present our products and services effectively, utilizing technical knowledge to address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and provide client feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
- Experience: Sales experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Ability to work in-person from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our Buenos Aires office. Remote work is an option but not preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Gmail, and other relevant tools.
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate time zones if necessary.
