Job Title: Scientific Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Scientific Sales Executive to join our team at Happy Agencies in Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, biotechnology, or related sciences, with a proven track record of generating sales leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospects, from initial exploratory calls to closing deals, utilizing technical knowledge to address client needs.
  • Present our products and services effectively, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and provide client feedback, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
  • Experience: Sales experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of the biotechnology industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location: Ability to work in-person from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at our Buenos Aires office, with remote work options available.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Gmail, and other relevant tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a collaborative team player.
