En este rol clave, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio B2B en rápido desarrollo, liderando un equipo de alto rendimiento y generando ingresos en toda América Latina.


Principales responsabilidades:


  • Liderar e inspirar a un equipo de ventas, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua.
  • Optimizar los procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y maximizar el crecimiento de ingresos.
  • Colaborar en la estrategia con el equipo de liderazgo para alcanzar objetivos ambiciosos en la región.
  • Gestionar leads inbound, nutriendo oportunidades y transformándolas en clientes leales.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas inbound B2B, especialmente en América Latina.
  • Pasión por las ventas, con un enfoque constante en optimizar y generar valor para los clientes.
  • Líder práctico que no solo se enfoca en la estrategia, sino que también ejecuta para alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Dominio del español o portugués, con nivel avanzado de inglés. Conocimiento de los tres idiomas es un plus
