**Position Overview**: The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive growth. This role will require a creative and analytical individual who can lead brand initiatives and contribute to the overall business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Create marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage and execute all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, and online advertising.
- Plan and organize client engagement events.
- Collaborate with the product development, and sales teams to create integrated marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Manage the brand’s budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience in planning and executing events.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English.
- C1 level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building strong brands.
