1. BS Accountancy/ Financial Management graduate
2. With experience in general accounting
3. Knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

6. Must be highly analytical and have keen attention to detail
7. Hardworking and can work under pressure
8. Excellent computer skills not limited to MS Office and PowerPoint

Job Description:

1. Keeping, filing, and maintaining all bank statements from various banks
2. Preparation of Petty Cash Fund Replenishment
3. Updating of QuickBooks sales book and cash receipts books
4. Reconciling, verifying entries, and comparing QuickBooks system reports to balances
5. Assisting the Asst. Finance Manager during audit season for the schedules of accounts needed by external auditors
6. Computing, updating, and maintaining records of BIR 2316 form requested by employees
7. Updating, maintaining, and keeping the books of accounts manually
8. Preparing and requesting the purchase request for office supplies on a monthly basis
