Quickbooks Expert

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome **QuickBooks Expert** to support one of our Rockstar clients

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Utilize the QuickBooks system.
- Regularly enter financial data, categorize transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Create invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
- Manage vendor information, enter and pay bills, and handle accounts payable.
- Set up and administer payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Generate financial reports like profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and analyze them for business insights.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Provide support to other staff members in using QuickBooks.

**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE**:

- In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks software, including its features and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Ability to manage detailed financial data accurately.
- Skills in analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial personnel.
- Efficient in organizing financial records and managing multiple accounts.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving accounting software issues.
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally with specific experience in using QuickBooks.
- Ability to adapt to new software updates and changes in accounting regulations.
