We are looking for a committed and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist with Dutch language skills. This role is ideal for a proactive person who is passionate about customer service and seeks to contribute positively to our clients' experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive support through diverse communication channels.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide technical customer support via voice, chat, and email promptly
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Record each interaction in the designated CRM system
  • Actively participate in internal and departmental initiatives by providing feedback, sharing updates, fostering collaborative solutions, and supporting team members
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2)
  • Reside in Bosnia and Herzegovina and legally eligible for employment without company support
  • Previous experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly within help desks or IT functions
  • Ability to undergo a background check
  • Strong independent working skills and capability as a remote team player
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling process and information changes
  • Solid knowledge of external systems and PC-based Internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
