Visión General del Puesto:
Nuestro equipo de Argentina se encuentra en la búsqueda de Sales Admin Analyst dinámico y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol es fundamental para apoyar nuestras operaciones de ventas, asegurando una coordinación fluida entre equipos internos, proveedores y clientes.
El Sales Admin Analyst jugará un papel crucial proporcionando soporte operativo y administrativo, permitiendo al equipo de ventas alcanzar sus objetivos estratégicos de manera eficiente.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Soporte Operativo: Brindar soporte operativo diario al equipo de ventas, incluyendo el procesamiento de pedidos, la gestión de inventarios y la coordinación logística.
Interacción con Clientes: Actuar como punto de contacto principal para consultas de clientes, asegurando respuestas oportunas y precisas para mantener la satisfacción del cliente.
Gestión de Datos: Mantener y actualizar bases de datos de ventas y sistemas CRM, garantizando la integridad y precisión de los datos.
Reportes: Preparar informes regulares de ventas y análisis para la revisión de la gerencia, identificando tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
Soporte de Ventas: Asistir en la preparación de presentaciones de ventas, propuestas y contratos, colaborando estrechamente con los representantes de ventas.
Coordinación con Proveedores: Facilitar la comunicación y coordinación con proveedores para asegurar entregas oportunas y resolución de problemas.
Mejora de Procesos: Identificar continuamente oportunidades para optimizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia dentro de la función de administración de ventas.
Cumplimiento: Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, especialmente en relación con la gestión de ventas y contratos.
Habilidades y Calificaciones Requeridas:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
Experiencia probada en roles de soporte de ventas o administrativos, preferiblemente en la distribución de tecnología o industria de servicios de TI.
Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel para análisis de datos e informes.
Fuertes habilidades organizativas con capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y plazos de manera efectiva.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales, con enfoque centrado en el cliente.
Orientación al detalle con alto nivel de precisión en la entrada y reporte de datos.
Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente en un entorno de equipo y de forma independiente con supervisión mínima.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
Experiencia en el uso de software CRM
Conocimiento de productos y servicios de TI, incluyendo hardware, software y soluciones.
Familiaridad con procesos de ventas y prácticas de gestión de contratos.
