The opportunity
In the Campaign specialist, email marketing role, you’ll be a key player supporting the production, deployment and contributing to the tactical growth of email and web projects for high-profile brands. As Campaign specialist, email marketing you’ll partner with our client contacts and internal creative team to aggregate and organize information, build and deploy email campaigns, manage web production calendars, troubleshoot issues, and the like.
The ideal candidate is a quick study, extremely detail-oriented and organized, who works fast and flexibly to get the job done. This role is based in Buenos Aires.
In this role you will:
Work alongside other teams (marketers, development leads, designers, project managers, engineers and analysts) Act as the subject matter expert on email campaign and web production operations – distribute, create, communicate and apply best practices and learnings to continually improve results. Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using proprietary tools and programs developed by Monks or Client Engineering teams. Organize and manage new digital modules for web and email, working collaboratively with Marketing and Engineering teams. Set up, configure, and manage marketing automation campaigns. Maintain subscriber/purchaser data, imports, and segmentation using a combination of tools and databases. Execute a high-volume, high-quality workload for high-profile brands in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment. Facilitate production calls to plan and prioritize requests and adjust course, as business requires. Suggest operational and workflow improvements to constantly improve the in-house production process. Work with stakeholders to compile relevant content and assets while managing expectations and production schedules. Implement testing strategies, such as A/B testing, to optimize campaigns and programs.Experience you already have:
3+ years experience in email marketing production, preferably in conjunction with project and account teams. Experience in a client facing or client services type role is nice to have. Must have fundamental knowledge of CSS, and responsive email design. Comfortable working with HTML. Resourceful enough to put an email together/ troubleshoot issues. Understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, tools, technology, KPIs and industry best practices, such as deliverability and sender reputation. Resourceful problem-solver who quickly gathers information and is comfortable with new or proprietary technologies and concepts. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. Fundamental understanding of FreeMarker and other scripting languages (nice to have) Proficient english. This will be evaluated during the selection process.#LI-Hybrid
