The hotels merge exceptional design, incomparable location, and natural setting with genuine service and environmentally minded practices. They are singularly remarkable celebrations of their individual locations, recognized worldwide for showcasing cutting-edge architecture, design, and art.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate local and international potential clients (Uruguay incoming travel agencies)
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct Fam Trips at various properties, welcome clients (Travel Agencies) , and address their technical specifications.
  • Promote brand awareness and maximize revenues for the hotel.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in local exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Live and breathe the hotel's brand standards and be a role model to the team and all hotel employees.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role working for luxury hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of the international luxury hotel market, especially the US/Brazil high-end leisure segment and luxury consortia.
  • Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated, energized, proactive, and results driven.
  • Ambition, communication, flexibility, creativity, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
  • Passion for flawless service, tenacity, and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Punta del Este, Uruguay (Preferred)
