We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager for our Legal Managed Services, Contracts team to support the delivery of contracting services and regulatory monitoring in collaboration with KPMG member firm Legal teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of contracting services and regulatory monitoring. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior management, mentor junior team members, and contribute to improving processes to ensure compliance with client and project standards.

Manage contract lifecycle, including assembly, review, search, extraction, comparison, aggregation, post-signature management, including obligations, deadlines, and compliance, and storageCompetently use AI tools and CLM software to improve contract service efficiencyEnsure contracting and monitoring work adheres to SLAs/KPIsLead regulatory monitoring effortsIdentify and monitor relevant regulations, assess their impact, and update policies accordinglyManage compliance risks and report these to managementLeadership:
Assess and improve deliverable qualityFacilitate process, tool, and methodology improvementsMentor and train junior team membersEnsure adherence to project deadlinesCollaborate with management to align review processes with organizational goalsOrganizational:
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment of review processesMonitor team performance and complianceDevelop training programs for the teamMonitor team performance and complianceTrack KPIs and report metrics to managementExperience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law3-5 years of experience in a legal setting, with a strong focus on contract management and document reviewExperience of working in a large multinational or Big 4 accounting firm, preferredUnderstanding of contract lifecycle management and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of European and international regulations would be an assetProficiency in using AI tools and legal management software Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsFluency in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken, or equivalent)Ability to think and work across different legal jurisdictionsStrong organizational and project management skillsProven leadership and mentorship abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team with a strong results orientationAbility to work with and report to senior management-
