Are you ready to redefine what it means to practice law at scale? Join our team as a Senior Attorney in a high-volume Legal Managed Services (LMS), where legal expertise meets process engineering, technology integration, and scalable delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Legal Delivery:
Support the Delivery of quality output for highly complex legal engagements and day-to-day execution of high-volume workstreams. - Service Delivery Support:
Coach and develop junior attorneys, and legal analysts, ensuring work aligns with client playbooks. - Playbook Development:
Help translating complex legal standards into standardized, actionable decision trees for consistent, rapid decision-making. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure application of rigorous audit processes to maintain 100% accuracy, even at scale. - Escalation Point:
Serve as first line of escalation in the review of complex legal issues that fall outside standard playbooks. - Client Interaction:
Help tracking SLA reporting, providing clients with clear data on turnaround times, volume, and cost savings.
Key Skills:
- Legal Skill Set:
University degree in Law and proven experience in delivering error free work product with tight deadlines. - Tech-Savvy:
Practical Knowledge of CLM tools (Ironclad, Icertis, Conga), generative AI, and automation for document drafting and review. - Attention to Detail:
Support with error management, including detecting and reporting errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues in the work products. - Data Literacy:
Able to analyze large datasets (e.g., thousands of contracts) to spot trends and risks. - Leadership:
Proven experience leading large teams through managers, not just direct reports. - Pragmatic & Strategic Focus:
Apply a strategic perspective – spotting opportunities to simplify and improve processes to drive better results. - Team Player:
Collaborate with Leadership by working with other reviewers, managers, or stakeholders to align review processes and address broader project goals.
