We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reviewer for our Legal Managed Services, Contracts team to support the delivery of contracting services and regulatory monitoring in collaboration with KPMG member firm Legal teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering contracting services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.



Requisitos

Key Responsibilities:

Operational:

Provide contract services, such as search, extraction, comparison, and aggregationMonitor contract compliance for client contractsUtilize AI tools and CLM software for the assembly, review, and management of contractsPerform contracting and monitoring work in line with agreed SLAs and KPIsIdentify and track relevant regulations impacting specific industries or businessesAssess the impact of regulatory changes on current operations and policiesReview and update policies to align with new or changing regulationsManage compliance risks and report compliance status to management.

Leadership:

Assess the quality and effectiveness of deliverables based on predefined criteriaFacilitate improvements to processes, tools, and methodologiesIdentify and report errors or inconsistencies in work productsCommunicate effectively with team members and provide clear feedbackMentor and train less experienced team membersEnsure adherence to deadlines and project timelines

Organizational:

Coordinate with other teams to ensure cross-functional consistencyMonitor team compliance with internal policies and organizational goalsDevelop training programs for less experienced team membersTrack KPIs and report metrics related to team processes

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in LawMinimum 3 years of experience in contract review and monitoringPrevious experience working in the legal or related fieldDocument review and contract management experienceProficiency in using AI tools and legal management software Ability to think, work and research in different legal jurisdictionsExcellent communication, research and writing skillsFluency in English (C1 level minimum, written and spoken, or equivalent)Team Lead and organizational skillsStructured thinking and eye for detail to review work performed by team membersAbility to work autonomously and in a team, with a strong results orientationAbility to work with and report to management
