Location:
Argentina (100% remote, hybrid option if based in Buenos Aires in the future)


Compensation:
USD 65,000 annually (USD 52,000 base + USD 13,000 variable; 80/20 split)


Schedule:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Argentina time)

As a
Sales Engineer
, you will act as the
technical partner
to our sales team, helping customers deeply understand how our product solves their most pressing revenue challenges. You'll play a critical role in
converting prospects into happy customers
by delivering tailored demos, solving integration needs, and shaping the technical buying journey.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Technical Expertise

  • Partner with
    Account Executives
    throughout the sales cycle to communicate product value and technical capabilities.
  • Lead
    tailored product demos
    that align with each prospect's workflows, tech stack, and business needs.
  • Translate customer requirements into
    clear technical solutions
    using APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Address
    technical stakeholder concerns
    around security, scalability, and implementation, becoming a
    trusted technical advisor
    .

Collaboration & Product Feedback

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to
    relay customer feedback
    and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain
    demo environments
    and sandbox solutions to validate technical fit for prospects.
  • Contribute to the development of
    scalable pre-sales processes, templates, and technical documentation
    .


Who We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of SaaS pre-sales experience
    with
    4–7 years overall industry experience
    .
  • Background in
    SaaS or product-focused tech companies
    is a must.
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce architecture
    (Admin certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    AI systems, LLMs
    , and
    data warehousing
    tools is a plus.
  • Ability to structure unstructured data and understand
    enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture
    .
  • Experience managing
    end-to-end technical evaluations
    in the sales process.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious, analytical, and
    comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
    with minimal red tape.
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    MBA or advanced technical certifications
    preferred.
