El Plan de Actividad Laboral del Proyecto ILS se desarrollará desde enero de 2026 hasta diciembre de 2026. Durante este periodo, se incorporarán 2 nuevos ILS que reemplazarán a dos ILS que estarán de licencia. El plan de trabajo para los ILS de tiempo definido es el siguiente:
**Objetivos y KPIs 2025 COMMEX:**
- Incrementar la penetración de ATIOLs en la zona asignada, según el plan de objetivos desarrollados por el área de Commex.
- Crecer en el market share de PC en la zona.
- Desarrollar nuevas cuentas para ILS, enfocándose en 'Partner' y 'Grow'.
**KPIs sugeridos:**
- Plan Mensual: Planeación de visita durante 4 días y tiempo de actividades con cliente 15 días por mes.
- Cuentas Visitadas por día: 2.4 (presenciales y remotas) o 2.0 presenciales.
- Cobertura: Cuentas 'Partner' y 'Grow' +90%, 'Protect' +80% en L31D.
- Uso de PITCHER +30%.
- Segmentación y Priorización de Cuentas: Identificación de nuevas cuentas según territorio y potencial, y solicitud de leads internos y análisis de migración a premium.
**Actividades y Cronograma:**
- Organizar 6 mesas redondas en cuentas clave desde enero hasta diciembre.
- Realizar academias TORIC en marzo, mayo y septiembre, y dos academias adicionales, convocando médicos 'Grow' y 'Partner'.
- Definir las cuentas clave para el plan de acción en enero y febrero junto con el manager y SES.
- Actualizar el pipeline y acuerdos de consumo en abril.
- Administrar muestras del territorio de enero a diciembre.
- Al regresar el ILS, armar un plan de búsqueda de nuevas cuentas con potencial de crecimiento según la región asignada, junto con el manager.
- Plan PDP de 3 cuentas claves. Durante todo el año 2026
**Estrategia Comercial:**
- Aplicar la metodología SMART para cada cuenta.
- Definir el plan de cuenta clave y rebates por volumen.
- Actualizar oportunidades en Salesforce con nombre, etapa y fecha de cierre.
- Administrar muestras según la política de Alcon.
- Gestionar las consignas de manera eficiente.
**Recursos y Herramientas:**
- Materiales de lanzamiento: Kits Clareon Vivity y guías ATIOLs.
- Uso de PITCHER.
- Lista de precios 2026 y nuevas bandas de descuento y políticas de descuento.
- Herramientas digitales: Salesforce y Alcon Vision Suite.
