As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at OneSeven Tech, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our two core service offerings: Staff Augmentation and Managed Teams. For our Managed Teams service, you'll assemble project-based product teams for 3, 6, or 12-month engagements where we act as consultants, selecting the optimal technology stack based on each client's specific business use case. This means you'll need to continuously source, nurture, and maintain relationships with top-tier talent across all technical disciplines and design specialties throughout LATAM. Your expertise will be essential in building our "always-ready" talent pipeline, ensuring we can rapidly deploy the perfect team composition for any project that comes our way.

About You
You are a seasoned talent acquisition professional who excels at building and maintaining extensive talent networks across diverse technical disciplines and design specialties. You have a deep understanding of the differences between programming languages, frameworks, and technical architectures, enabling you to identify and attract the best talent for any technology stack we might need. You're a skilled talent hunter who knows how to spot exceptional developers and designers, and you're not afraid to proactively reach out and recruit top performers from other companies. You understand that as a consultancy, we need to be prepared for any project - from React frontends to Python backends, from AI/ML solutions to mobile apps, from UX/UI design to DevOps infrastructure. Your extensive network and relationship-building skills across LATAM will be crucial to our success.

Qualifications
Technical Requirements

Core Recruiting Skills

• 5+ years talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years focused on technical and design recruiting
• Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred
• 9am-5pm EST availability with reliable workspace/internet
• Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios (REQUIRED)
• Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms, staff augmentation companies, or similar agencies (REQUIRED)
• Proven track record recruiting AND vetting across multiple technology stacks and design disciplines
• Deep understanding of technical roles AND design roles: Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, UX/UI, Product Design
• Understanding the difference between programming languages like: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, Go, PHP, Ruby
• Understanding the difference between frameworks like: React, Vue, Angular, , Django, Flask, Spring, .NET, Laravel
• Experience with proactive sourcing, headhunting, and competitive talent acquisition
• Strong technical vetting capabilities - ability to conduct initial technical screenings and assess coding competency
• Familiarity with modern development tools, cloud platforms, and design software

Specialized Technical & Design Recruiting

• Experience recruiting for project-based consulting engagements (3-12 month contracts)
• Advanced technical vetting skills - ability to assess coding ability, system design thinking, and technical problem-solving
• Experience conducting technical phone screens and evaluating coding samples before formal technical interviews
• Understanding of design principles and ability to evaluate UX/UI portfolios
• Experience with "always-on" recruiting - continuously building talent pipelines
• Ability to evaluate technical portfolios, GitHub repositories, Dribble/Behance profiles
• Understanding of consulting dynamics and project-based team assembly
• Experience with rapid team deployment (assembling teams within 1-2 weeks)
• Familiarity with coding assessment platforms and technical evaluation methodologies

Market & Cultural Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Argentina and Chile talent markets (PRIMARY FOCUS)
• Secondary knowledge of broader LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil)
• Understanding of remote work regulations and contractor requirements across LATAM
• Experience building diverse technical teams in consulting/agency environments
• Cultural competency for working with international remote teams across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets
• Strong networks within technical and design communities in Argentina and Chile
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish

Service-Specific Recruiting Experience

• Experience recruiting for staff augmentation models - individual contractors integrated into client teams
• Proven track record assembling project-based product teams for 3, 6, and 12-month consulting engagements
• Understanding of consultancy dynamics - selecting optimal talent based on business use cases rather than predefined tech stacks
• Experience with "talent pipeline management" - keeping warm relationships with candidates across all specialties
• Knowledge of rapid team assembly and deployment for diverse project requirements
• Experience recruiting both technical talent (developers, engineers) AND design talent (UX/UI, product designers)

Project Deliverables

Always-On Talent Pipeline Management

• Build and continuously nurture talent pools across ALL technical disciplines and design specialties, maintain "warm" relationships with hundreds of top performers across LATAM, develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-find specialists (AI/ML, blockchain, mobile, senior designers), and create rapid deployment processes for assembling project teams within 1-2 weeks of client commitment

Project-Based Team Assembly & Multi-Disciplinary Sourcing

• Design frameworks for optimal team composition based on project requirements and technology stack, update and maintain our Airtable talent database and create quick matching of skills to projects in Airtable, develop processes for balancing technical expertise, seniority levels, and collaborative dynamics in consulting teams, execute comprehensive recruiting across development AND design roles, conduct initial technical vetting calls to assess coding competency and system design thinking, utilize our existing coding challenges and technical assessments in later pipeline stages, screen candidates for technical depth before advancing them to formal coding challenges, and maintain high bar for technical quality while ensuring efficient pipeline flow

Strategic Market Intelligence & Networking

• Map talent landscapes in key LATAM tech hubs, build relationships with technical communities and universities, develop proactive recruiting strategies for identifying and attracting top performers from competitor companies, create market reports on talent availability, salary trends, and emerging technologies, stay current on LATAM technical talent market trends and compensation benchmarks, and represent OneSeven at virtual events and technical meetups

Market Intelligence & Networking

• Stay current on LATAM technical talent market trends and compensation benchmarks
• Build relationships with technical communities, bootcamps, and universities
• Represent OneSeven at virtual events and technical meetups

Benefits/Compensation

• Fully Remote, Contract-based with U.S. company
• $3,000/mo - $3,500/mo depending on experience and performance.
• Company-paid PTO plan, 9am-5pm EST, international team of 15+
