  • Conduct
    end-to-end hiring processes
    from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role.
  • Ensure we hire with
    high standards of quality,
    being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Handle
    multiple and diverse roles
    proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
  • Drive a world-class
    candidate experience
    , making sure each touchpoint—from first outreach to final decision—is transparent, engaging, and human.
  • *Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers*
    to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
  • *Collaborate with relevant HRBPs*
     to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
  • *Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives*
    related to Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc.
  • Proactively 
    propose improvements
    in hiring practices
  • Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant
    Talent metrics
  • Utilize
    data
    to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement

What You'll Bring to Us:

      of experience in
      full-cycle recruiting*
      for a variety of roles and seniorities
  • Previous experience recruiting in
    highly dynamic environments for the tech industry in Argentina
  • Experience within
    international companies
  • *Advanced English*
    skills (speaking, reading, writing & listening)
  • Excellent
    communication and
    interpersonal skills
  • Extraordinary
    learning agility and autonomy
  • *ATS experience is a big plus*
