Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Operations Specialist (Remote, Flexible Hours)

Location: Remote (Primary timezone: Eastern Time -- New York). Must be available during core ET hours; flexible scheduling and occasional make-up time allowed.

About RevCats RevCats is a small talent-acquisition agency that helps clients meet hiring needs with multiple staffing solutions and pricing models. As a close-knit team, everyone supports one another and wears multiple hats. This role offers growth and learning opportunities as the business scales.

What you'll do

  • Manage candidate workflows through the interview process and maintain excellent candidate experience.
  • Operate and maintain ATS and candidate-facing software to screen, move, and track candidates.
  • Create optimized job descriptions using AI to attract top talent and maintain a steady pipeline (target: continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates).
  • Build custom GPTs and AI tools to automate internal recruiting and operational processes; iterate on them based on performance.
  • Track daily tasks, report status and completion, and surface missed/dropped items.
  • Partner with the business owner on growth activities and administrative tasks to free up owner bandwidth.
  • Continuously learn and apply AI sourcing, screening, and recruiting techniques.

Success metrics

  • Consistent pipeline of 4- and 5star candidates.
  • Measurable effectiveness of custom GPTs (automation, time savings, error reduction).
  • Low rate of dropped/missed tasks; accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in recruiting or talent acquisition operations and using an ATS.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for writing job descriptions, sourcing, and process automation.
  • Ability to write and iterate custom GPTs or similar automation scripts (practical experience required).
  • Strong organization, tracking, and reporting skills; attention to detail.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a small company environment and assisting across functions.
  • Reliable availability during ET core hours with flexibility for personal appointments.

Compensation & growth

  • Starting pay: $500/month. Position will grow as the company grows and based on performance.
