The Mission:

The Recruitment Specialist will align People strategies with the business objectives by focusing on talent acquisition and provide comprehensive People solutions, guide talent management, and foster a positive workplace culture.

We're looking for someone who is (outcomes):

  • Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and selection.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in Argentina and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and job posting to offer management and hiring closure.
  • Keep abreast of People best practices and industry trends, ensuring that our People policies and procedures remain current and compliant.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement creative sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and selection processes to ensure the best-fit candidates are hired.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize hiring data to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Prepare and present clear recruitment reports and talent analytics to support People and leadership decision-making.

Education and Experience (Competencies + Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • +3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the architecture environment.
  • Proven experience in employee branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with leadership and influence positive change.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced/native English proficiency is a must.
