Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Analista de Customer Service para sumarse a nuestro equipo de E-Commerce. Serás la voz de nuestra tienda online, brindando atención personalizada a nuestros clientes a través de WhatsApp, email y redes sociales. Tu propósito será acompañar cada etapa de la compra, resolver consultas, gestionar reclamos y asegurar una experiencia rápida, clara y de excelencia.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Atender consultas de clientes por WhatsApp, email y redes sociales sobre productos, pedidos y envíos.

  • Resolver incidencias relacionadas con pedidos (demoras, errores, cambios o devoluciones).

  • Gestionar la reputación online, respondiendo comentarios y reseñas en Google y redes sociales.

  • Colaborar con el equipo operativo para dar seguimiento a casos especiales.

  • Identificar problemáticas recurrentes y proponer mejoras en procesos y comunicación.

  • Mantener actualizada la base de conocimiento (FAQ y respuestas tipo).

  • Elaborar reportes semanales sobre volumen de consultas y niveles de satisfacción del cliente.



Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en atención al cliente (presencial, telefónica o digital).

  • Excelente redacción y ortografía.

  • Manejo de redes sociales y WhatsApp Business.

  • Conocimientos intermedios de Excel.

  • Empatía, paciencia y vocación de servicio.

  • Perfil proactivo y resolutivo.

  • Residencia en Neuquén Capital o alrededores.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en e-commerce, retail o farmacias.

  • Conocimiento de productos de dermocosmética y perfumería.

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión (CRM, ticketing, etc.).

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples canales simultáneamente.
