PROPÓSITO DEL ROL

Optimizar los procesos de reposición colaborativa, alineando la disponibilidad de inventario, objetivos de ventas y eficiencia operativa.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

Liderazgo y Coordinación:

  • Dirigir reuniones semanales con clientes clave y stakeholders internos.
  • Ser la cara visible ante el cliente en temas operativos y estratégicos.
  • Liderar proyectos de eficiencia logística.
  • Análisis y Comunicación de Datos:
  • Monitorear KPIs críticos como OSA, Fill Rate (FR), DOH, INSTOCK.
  • Monitoreo de indicadores de venta y parámetros de abastecimiento.
  • Generar planes de acción ante pérdidas detectadas.
  • Comunicar cambios relevantes en inventario, disponibilidad y tendencias de puntos de ventas a equipos internos y clientes.
  • Detección oportunidades de sell-in y confección de sugeridos de compra.

Gestión Estratégica:

  • Participar en el diseño de soluciones basadas en datos para mejorar la cadena de suministro.
  • Priorizar tareas utilizando informes internos y externos de forma efectiva.

Colaboración Multifuncional:

  • Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de Supply Chain, Ventas, Categorías, entre otros.
  • Representar la voz del cliente dentro de la organización.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante avanzado o recientemente graduado en Ingeniería, Comercio Exterior, Logística, Lic. en Adm o afines.
  • Haber trabajado en áreas relacionadas a Customer Service (deseable).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Excel avanzado, Power BI, Powerpoint.
