**Main Purpose**
- Lead customer service operations to execute successfully the Order To Cash processes in Argentina, to guarantee the correct service for internal and external area with focus in the customer solution
- Strive for excellence in operations management by enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure team strategies align with business objectives and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Drive innovation in customer operations management by leveraging digital solutions to achieve business targets and accelerate sales growth.
**Your Mission Will be to**
- Lead the Argentina Customer Operations team (RC and CP business in Scope. Multiple GTM strategies) and Row Crops allocation team
- Driving the team to execute successfully the OTB processes by setting clear goals, providing training and sharing business needs.
- Have a deep understanding on business priorities and strategies. Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans/sense of urgency.
- Deeply analyze the operations management, identifying deviations, opportunities and trends. Develop & track KPI. Provide recommendations. using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within customer operations, introducing best practices and creative solutions. Analyze and improve workflows to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize response times.
- Look forward for a lean & automaticed OTC
- Lead Critical Project - PMO- in projects such as Blackout
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business targets and accelerate sales growth.
- Facilitate and oversee the back office operation to ensure seamless operations (80 contractors).
- Support Order management team to solve complex customers request.
**Unlock your Potencial**
- Degree in Business, eng, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related fields.
- 5+ years operational experience in SC/Finance/Commercial
- Manage teams
- PMO - Leading Proyects
- Domain knowledge in operations / business
- Key competencies: customer focus, strategic mindset, results orientation, collaboration, agility, conflict management, decision making
- Outstanding communicator, organizer, coach, customer relationship, management skills.
