**Purpose**:
Act as primary communication contact for assigned customer accounts to enhance each experience

**Your mission will be to**:

- Analyze account history, help make decisions to optimize orders and product deliveries to customers
- Provide information on orders, supply availability, timing, deliveries, updates on products, marketing and operational programs..Seek customer feedback to track satisfaction level
- Influence customers to adopt new processes, tools, and systems including training sessions
- Complaints - Receive and register and communicate resolution to customers
- Communication to Commercial team and partners
- Address any immediately resolvable requests (order entry, order adjustment - volume & delivery date; scheduling and delivery, product returns, delivery complaints, etc).
- Provide overall business update and customer account info (e.g. availability dates, delivery forecast, targets, progress)
- Reach out to customers for missing Customer Master data information to process sales orders.
- Influence product take and delivery timing to achieve financial targets
- Monitor customer prioritization, delivery forecast targets and support product allocation management
- Manage research, resolution, documentation and communication for complaints & errors (incl. Delivery)
- Understand the targets, track and communicate progress to account.
- Align on Operational Business Plans and develop delivery forecast with Customer (location-level)
- Verify account information prior to season (Ship to locations, driver instructions, etc.)
- Analyze account history to help make decisions and ensure order accuracy
- Manage account volume reconciliation process (automatic for some brands)
- Understand the regions supply needs and negotiate with accounts to utilize longs and shorts
- Understand marketing & operational programs related to their customer and explain and answer questions related eligibility and program details for customers
- Influence account to take delivery of product (e.g. push-model)
- Conduct training sessions for accounts on new processes, tools, and systems
- Influence accounts to adopt new processes, tools, and systems
- Communicate key dates and information to accounts and Sales teams
- Own accountability for customer business processes (Returns, Replants, etc.)
- Document delivery refusal if applicable (opt-out before shipped)
- Follow through with Customer Operations to ensure completion of account related requests

- Intermediate English writing and Speaking
- Bachelor's in Agribusiness, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineer or similar
- 5 Years in Customer Service Experience is desired
- Customer focus, results orientation, collaboration, agility, conflict management, decision making
