SDR / Marketing Assistant
to join our team and support our client acquisition and retention efforts across
Spanish-speaking markets

What you'll do:

  • Make
    outbound calls
    to leads and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional
    bilingual customer service
    and support in
    English and Spanish
    .
  • Enhance client performance using tools like
    Google Reviews
    and
    Meta SEO platforms
    .
  • Assist with
    data tracking
    , basic reporting, and marketing campaign support.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, sharing critical feedback and insights.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bilingual Fluency (Required):
    Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Experience:
    6 months to 1 year in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills:
    Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and highly collaborative.
  • Bonus:
    Experience with Microsoft Office 365, DHS, or tax-related CRM is a plus
