We're looking for an E-Payment Solutions Representative to support our Sales Operations and Finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to work across time zones.

Remote | Freelance | English + (Hebrew/Spanish/Portuguese)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle declines, failed transactions, and chargeback disputes.
  • Manage customer refunds and recurring payments.
  • Support the sales team on e-payment methods and oversee shift operations.
  • Conduct sales completion calls when needed.
  • Research and test new e-payment solutions.
  • Work with PSPs, credit card companies, and financial institutions to resolve issues.
  • Monitor transactions end-to-end.

Finance & Operations

  • Issue invoices.
  • Perform bank/credit card reconciliations (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Run revaluations and FX checks.
  • Work with SAP reports and support accounting processes.

Quality Assurance

  • Run Q.A. testing for payment methods (test flows, transactions, inconsistencies).
  • Report issues and coordinate fixes with tech/operations teams.

Compliance

  • Submit PCI-DSS SAQs annually for multiple providers.
  • Manage yearly KYC renewals with financial partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Finance-related roles.
  • Fluent English (Hebrew/Spanish/Portuguese – advantage).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, strong Excel (pivots/filters/reports – advantage).
  • SAP/ERP experience – advantage.
  • Excellent communication, service orientation, and problem-solving.
  • Able to work under pressure, including evenings/nights/weekends.
  • Flexible with time zones and workload.
  • Strong home-office setup: quiet space, Windows PC, webcam, headset, stable 20 Mbps+ internet.
  • Long-term availability.
