Asistente de Ventas

Principales funciones:

  • Actualizar reservas:
    Informar cambios de bookings a las terminales después del ingreso de contenedores.
  • Chequear cantidades:
    Revisar el buque, cancelar/rolear reservas no retiradas, reportar.
  • Chequear buque con terminal:
    Verificar detalles del buque (cantidad, tipo, destino) con las terminales.
  • Avisar bloqueos:
    Notificar a clientes sobre bloqueos aduaneros informados por las terminales.
  • Registrar tarifas:
    Ingresar tarifas negociadas en el sistema.
  • Soporte de ventas:
    Dar seguimiento y apoyo a clientes asignados.
  • Gestionar casos:
    Resolver casos de clientes en ONE Force y atender chats de soporte.
  • Digitalización:
    Usar y mejorar herramientas digitales.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia
    (deseable)
  • Conocimientos del rubro marítimo
    (deseable)
  • Inglés oral y escrito: intermedio o avanzado
    (excluyente)
  • Estudiante o graduados de carreras afines (Logística, Comercio Exterior, Comercio Internacional, etc.)
    (excluyente)
  • Residente en CABA o GBA
    (excluyente)
