Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Appointment Scheduler to join our team and help facilitate consultations with our valued potential clients around the world. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional environment, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to help prospective clients start their journey with us. If you're a pro at scheduling and communication, especially via phone, Zoom, and WhatsApp, then we want to hear from you
Please note that you do not need any familiarity with US immigration in order to be a successful candidate – your passion for meeting sales goals and exceptional customer service is what counts.
Our workforce uses their own devices, ensuring flexibility in how our team operates remotely. A stable internet connection with a speed of over 25 Mbps is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to arrange sales meetings for the sales team.
- Demonstrate complete fluency in English.
- Use and update CRM software to manage and track prospecting activities and follow-up calls
- Coordinate with Sales leaders to arrange appointments
- Deliver a level of service that clients appreciate and an experience that sets our immigration law firm apart as a respected authority.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings.
- Effectively communicate with potential clients about our law firm's experience and expertise, as well as the services we provide.
- Display an exceptional level of diligence and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Previous
sales
or telemarketing experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
3 weekdays and the weekend (40 hours per week) in Eastern Time Zone
Job Type:
Full-time (Fully Remote)
Compensation:
US
$1200
per month.
