Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication and sales skills, eager to contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities~
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- A list of clients to call will be provided daily.
- Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for pipeline growth.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
