You'll operate as a builder and systems owner, sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling. You'll design workflows, reporting, and integrations that power our revenue engine.You'll join at a foundational moment: Salesforce is launching, and you'll absorb day-one knowledge while helping build the system from a blank canvas.Must-Have QualificationsStrong Salesforce fundamentals:Reporting, dashboards, workflow automationCustom fields, objects, and process builder/flowsExperience with CRM data and GTM workflowsHubSpot + Salesforce integration experienceStrong PlusClay power user or experience with enrichment toolsComfortable using modern AI toolsExperience with systems that sync into SalesforceNice to HaveBasic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL)Data analytics experienceHex or BI dashboardingGTM engineering exposureResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automationsOwn Salesforce reporting, including:Enterprise vs. mid-market segmentationDeal size by rep, pipeline velocity, conversion metricsSupport and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce syncIntegrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, including:Clay (data enrichment + workflows)AI-powered GTM toolsBuild operational dashboards for revenue leadershipPartner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systemsApply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
